The Cameroonian Front took part in the Meeting of the Council of the Socialist International held in St Julian’s, Malta, from 27 to 30 November 2025, under the theme: “Acting together for peace, equality and human rights.”

This Council meeting began with the session of the Mediterranean Committee, whose agenda focused on migration, giving rise to constructive and insightful exchanges between the members of this committee and several African member parties, namely Senegal, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Cameroon.

Also on the agenda of this Council were the meetings of the various statutory committees of the Socialist International: the Finance Committee, the Ethics Committee, and the Committee on Gender Equality. From 29 to 30 November, the Council itself was held, with strong participation from delegations representing countries from around the world, including the delegation from Cameroon, represented by the Cameroonian Front. This delegation was composed of Mr. ESSAME CHRISTIAN RICHARD, Deputy Secretary General of the party, and Ms. Anne Sophie NDOUMBE, Deputy Head of International Relations and representative of the Cameroonian Front (FC) to the International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY).

The Council was chaired by Mr. Pedro SÁNCHEZ, President of the Socialist International and Prime Minister of Spain, assisted by a strong team from the Secretariat General of the Socialist International, coordinated by Ms. Chantal KAMBIWA, President of the Cameroonian Front.
